Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Veraio Ltd ("HABICUB", "we") handles personal data collected through habicub.com. It covers this marketing website only. Personal data processed inside the HABICUB platform on behalf of a customer is governed by that customer's agreement with us, where they are the controller and we are the processor.
Who is responsible
The controller for this website is Veraio Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria under UIC 206732361, VAT BG206732361, with its registered seat at 1 Yanko Zabunov St, Ivan Vazov, Triaditsa district, 1408 Sofia, Bulgaria. HABICUB is its trading name.
For any privacy question or request, write to ask@habicub.com. We are not required to appoint a data protection officer and have not appointed one; privacy requests are handled by the team at that address.
What we collect, and why
There are only two ways this site collects personal data.
When you contact us. The demo and contact forms collect your name, work email, company, role, the details you choose to write, and the fact that you consented to be contacted. We use this to reply to you and, if relevant, to arrange a demo. The legal basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
When you allow analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are read and which are not. Until you accept, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage denied, and no analytics or advertising cookie is written. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookie Preferences page.
We do not buy personal data, we do not enrich what you send us from third-party databases, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
Spam protection
Form submissions are checked with Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at browser signals to tell a person from a bot. Cloudflare processes your IP address for that check. It is necessary for us to operate a public form without it being abused.
Who else sees your data
- Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) — only after you accept analytics cookies.
- Cloudflare — bot protection on forms.
- Our hosting provider, which stores server logs containing IP addresses.
Some of these providers process data outside the EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to ask@habicub.com and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), Sofia, Bulgaria.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
